Miss Weasley,
I am bloody well able to manage their needs without your interference!
I am sure my house guests appreciate your offer. I, however, do not, nor will I consent to any visitors to the house before Thursday. They are not dying, they are exhausted, and your presence will merely make them feel they have to entertain you or pretend to feel better than they do.
If your services are needed, I will contact you. Nymphadora comes on Thursday to perform the required wand-checks. If you wish to accompany her to see for yourself that I have not abused your patients, that would be satisfactory. Do not bother me or my charges prior to that time. You will be turnt away at the door. They need rest, not molly-coddling.

Perhaps my handwriting made it difficult to read. I wasn't certain as to the well-being of everyone so I thought I would make my services available if they were needed.
I have little concern that you have abused them with anything other than your sardonic wit as you have been highly concerned with all of your charges.
You are the only person I know that can take an offer of aid to a completely different person and turn it into an insult directed at yourself.
I am relieved to know that my molly-coddling has ceased to be necessary.

I see we understand one another then.
Your molly-coddling is, indeed, no longer necessary, and no visitors before Thursday.
By the by, did your brother happen to mention we met at the market a few days ago? Quite enlightening conversation. I did not realise he was back in Britain.
Private to Snapeginny_afireMarch 22 2006, 06:28:52 UTC
Charlie did mention it. Actually, he thought we were having some sort of tawdry affair. I am certain you'll be pleased to know that I have corrected that little error.
He's been home not long after Percy- for a while now but he hasn't been out over-much.
My entire family appears to be attending the Hogwarts Gala, Charlie included.

We're all right, Ginny, thanks for asking. Everyone seems to have made it through in one piece.
I don't know what would be a convenient time... you know you'd be welcome anytime you decided to turn up, as far as I'm concerned, but I'm hardly the authority in this house. Remus or Professor Snape would be the ones to ask... one of them will with any luck get back to you soon.

Actually, I'm told I will be turned away at the door and that my molly-coddling is no longer neccessary. Direct quotes, and I'm sure you can guess at my source.
Everything is as well as can be expected, thanks for asking. If you or your friends need anything from me, please feel free to ask. I'll be over even if I have to get yelled at by Snape again.
I really am glad everyone's alright. I'll tag a long with Tonks on Thursday - I'm informed that is tolerable - and check one last time on Glamis and the others before giving my badge of good health.
Re: Private to JunesightlesswolfMarch 22 2006, 07:17:28 UTC
He said that? I... wish I could be surprised...
Don't come if you're going to get in trouble. We're all fine, really. We'll look forward to seeing you on Thursday, and I'm sure Glamis would be happy to play sick if you needed an excuse to keep coming back.
Then again, the good Professor did say we were free to have guests. Let me know if you need me to start inviting you. Just not tonight... I'm afraid I'd be a terrible hostess.

My brothers have made it an absolute life goal to be 'trouble' to Snape. Far be it for me to fail to hold up the family tradition. I won't cause any harm but I'll be there to make sure that he's correct. I don't see him being wrong but I won't give him the pleasure of keeping me from what I feel is the right thing to do.
Thank you for the offer, June. I am certain that Snape would be demanding my presence if anyone was actually in danger. He is not, however, infallible and so I will be there Thursday without fail.
I don't want to keep you up at all. Go get some more rest. I shall be there on Thursday and happy to bring anything if you think of something you might need.

Necessary or not, we appreciate all you've done for us, Ginny.
Most of us slept through much of yesterday after the transformation, which was probably for the best; however grudgingly it was done by some. I have checked on the injured myself and they seem to be under no duress outside of the standard achees which accompany the condition. But, I would not argue with having you come by to check.
Although, it seems our host has been rather irritated by something, or someone, so you may wish to wait a couple days until the storm settles.

I did recieve a rather caustic note telling me my services were no longer required. I'll be coming by with Tonks to check on everyone on Thursday which has been cleared by a rather surly Snape.
My loathing for your host aside, I'd feel absolutely terrible if something had been skipped. I fully expect to give a clean bill of health to everyone but I'd be remiss if I didn't check. There's so little on what transformations do to injuries. It's quite a rediculous lack.

I'm afraid the 'someone' who has annoyed Severus turns out to be me, so I shall apologise in advance for anything he says to you as a result.
C'est la vie, I suppose.
