I don't know her provider, though. And she doesn't use AIM--that I know.

And from what I can tell, courtesy of the TracFone blog, there is no way to text or call internationally on a TracFone phone. At all.

but you can use your AIM on your computer, if you have it, to send a message to her phone number!

I've tried that three times. I've tried sending a message to:

+44(phone number)[at] aim.com

44(phone number)[at] aim.com

(phone number)[at] aim.com

Each time, I get the same response: "The message was not sent because of an error with the address 07584948410@aim.com."

I have also tried sending the message without the words aim.com attached to the various permutations of numbers, but AIM persists in tacking "[at] aim.com" onto the phone number.
