what the FUCK is up with the highlands lately?

i find it amazing that we can prance all over downtown and even end up walking down broadway to the highlands long after sunset, but its not until we're in the highlands that we run into trouble.

stuff like that has always happened, you probably just never noticed. there have been several occasions where my car has been broken into so that someone would just take just a few dollars. And how the highlands are now is a huge improvement to how the highlands used to be 10 years ago. Back then it wasnt safe for females to walk around bardstown road once it got dark. The highlands is by far no where near an unsafe place, and really neither is downtown, it justs gets a bad rep from idiot people.
