Think about it. IMO it would be a huge step for world peace. Trust me there's other places I'd like to buy as well. I'd also buy certain people. I'd also buy some landfills, pollution filled rivers, lakes, streams, oceans (but only the actual pollution ie: plastics, paper, metal trash). I'm pretty much playing on the "(anything you purchased, invested, or saved would disappear when the two weeks were up)" since everything would have a price or so I would like to think so. So while I would start with the places above I definitely wouldn't stop there.

I get it, but while your idea for world peace is lovely and all, the large majority of humankind, and the people who live in those places you mentioned, are peace-loving, good people. So if they were to disappear then surely all their inhabitants would and that's not so fair. I definitely agree on buying certain people, the majority belonging to governments -- that way you can help world peace... not by removing countries and states altogether.

Who said this was going to be fair? You're going to have to kill some innocents for the greater good. Besides if the majority of those area's were in fact filled with peace loving good people why are they always at a violent conflict in one way or another? It's also usually civil or religious unrest as well. Peace-loving, good people my ass. Honestly I wish I could buy a few religions as well... maybe that would work and I'll just buy the terrible 3 religions! We'd definitely have a lot more space to live in. And yes a lot of good (well that would be debatable) people would have to perish as well but I'm comfortable with that. You can call it my personal war on society. It's not going to be pretty and a lot of people are going to die... or will they? It doesn't say anything except "disappear". So take whatever your interpretation of disappear is and run with that. All the good people could be living on Pandora and the bad people are living with God. Just make something up that you find pleasing and puts you in a happy place and allows ( ... )

How am I ignorant? I think I'm the only one poking fun at this question on a "what if someone went psychotic" with this. You clearly take things way too seriously. Use your imagination and have fun sometime. Just realize the reality of war isn't always "peaceful".
