It's been one week....

Actually it's been 10 days since I was on LJ. The new job is draining, especially given sharing space with Derek and VV while they work (significantly shorter hours).

In that time, I turned 45, and sent VV off for a vacation with her grandparents. They picked her up Sunday, which was 1 year plus a day since we started spending ALL. THE. HOURS.
