 While I'm waiting for data to come in at work I generally read a conservative legal blog, The Volokh Conspiracy.  It's pretty much just a bunch of law profs who write about random legal and politcal stuff.  Lots of times they're fleshing out Wall Street Journal letters that got published and the like.
