Thank you, hon *hugs back* I'm doing my best to maintain calm and not to get too emotional about whatever happens. I'll let you know what happens, if I get any clarity on what my future's going to be work-wise :S

Apologies for not being able to respond to this post before 1:30 today! I hope the meeting was better than you were expecting, though I can totally understand the pessimist's coping strategy: think the worst and then be pleasantly surprised (you hope) when things aren't absolutely horrible. My mom gets after me for thinking that way, though it actually does work out sometimes. *g* Anywaaaaaaay, I hope that any news was good news...or, at least, news that you can deal with once you've had a chance to digest it. I know change is scary, but it can lead to good things.

Although I'm leaving it a bit late, I will be thinking of you and your situation and hoping for the best.

Thanks for thinking of me, my love. I would have replied sooner only LJ wouldn't let me in for a while there and I'm still trying to work out what to say. I'm so sorry that the news wasn't great. LJ issues aside, I can understand why you need time to decide what you want to say. I know I always need time to process everything if I've received bad news or I'm going through something unpleasant. I don't want to talk about it to anyone until I've reached some level of acceptance myself. In any case, don't feel you have to post about it until you're ready. Your flist will still be here whenever you are comfortable enough to share.
