Victoria and Albert again

Well, we didn't get into the Ballets Russe show today, as it was packed with willowy ballet types, so I'll come back to see it later, but we did spend a very pleasant day pottering about the V&A, looking at stuff from Thailand, because Lauren is headed there for a teaching job later in the year, and at embroidery which I was trying to crib patterns

The Victorian loos are lovely (and the photo came out very well). Did you buy anything in the shop? I'm certain I would have come out with Christmas tree ornaments ;-)

The photos are absolutely fine. Sometimes less light is desirable as it gives a more natural look and is not so hard and cold looking. I love those loos (as you know).

I'll be in your vicinty Dec 10, 11, 12 and 13 (arrive midnight of the 9th, leave for Seville on the 14th). Just me, no Manolo this time. I'm hoping you're recovered enough for a visit, even if no lengthy walking is possible. Maybe lunch? Still over 2 months away so closer to the time we'll see how you're doing?)
