I totally played sim tower recently, its much easier now i think. You are in no way restricted from primary voting as opposed to actual voting. If you vote in the democratic primaries, vote Gammage, as he stands more of a chance than Bell in my opinion. Also I am no fan of Kinky, as populism is an everpresent virus that seeks to undermine meaningful elections, and he is the only candidate I have ever heard of opposing political correctness as one of his major selling points, and if you are voting independent, i see no real motivation to vote in the primaries at all.

I failed to mention however that you cant sign a petition to put someone up for election if you vote in a primary or sign another petition. I think he is going to be able to get them, and have been treating him as practically on the ticket, but if you want to make sure, sign the petition, and dont vote in a primary.
