Registration opens today - and they have me down as paying full EU fees. I have no idea why, and I shouldn't be having to pay that.

Just wander in and talk to them. They suddenly decided that for me at the start of the second semester. I had a quick word with them saying "I don't know why this is, but I deferred 4th year and now I'm there which might be raising an issue, but it's my 1st time doing 4th year". They came back and said "Yeah, it's all sorted now, sorry about that."

So, seriously just talk to them.

Seriously though, talk to them, when it happened to me, I just walked in and had a quick word with them, and all was good.
