You speak not knowing the history of our fair town, which in the past few years had such a legality, until two girls ran a topless car wash and the uptight got into a big hoohaa.

The girls walk around in braless Bikini tops and halter tops and spaghetti strap shirts, that's almost as good as shirtless...well, it makes me happy anyway.

You should wander over to WSU on a sunny and warm day. It's like a veritable sea of tiny tops and short skirts. UI cannot compare.

Well, you're my friend, not gay, and I have no nefarious designs upon you. So seeing you shirtless is kinda neutral, like eating a sandwich, since I can't exactly objectify you.

The only bad part of this is, at least in WI, now that all of the women are out of the big puffy parkas and hoodies and into little shorts and halters and skating or biking, for at least the next month I'm gonna have to drive twice as careful because of the distracted male drivers...

(Winter hits us hard here in the frozen Midwest.)
