Then they were-part-of the prison, breath replaced by stone and heartbeat by the pitter-patter of feet along the floor, and he wasn’t sure where he ended and Kame began, one mutual slide with Kame hissing calm, Jin, stay calm in his ear until they stumble out the other side.
THIS IS SO GORGEOUS. This whole paragraph is just PERFECTION.

Oh my god the groups! And now I want to know more about the agency, what is the agency? UWAH THE LITTLE HINTS ABOUT FIGHTING NEWS IN THE ATRIUM, where Tegoshi did something to Jin and Jin was in a coma when Koki was putting him back together holy bejesus. Oh my god. Kanjani is there and JJPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP IS EVAPORATING TRAPS OH MY GOD THAT'S SO AWESOME and I love how you've incorporated their powers into this, and adding in Jin's lightning, he's like the piece that

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I just can't believe you are writing me anything with Jin/Kame at all, and I think this means you really love me, and I think this means now I'm going to suckerfish myself onto you and be this weepy mass of happy!Katy. Forever. And ever.

Um, the dialogue is amazing don't even be sweating that it reads and flows so naturally and if I were Jin, I'd be saying "what the fuck" 50 times, too.

This is amazingly good. I desperately, desperately would like to read more.

I LOVE what you've done with KAT-TUN's powers from CUW, the way Junno seems to use water to eavesdrop, the air gets unsettled when Maru's unsettled... and OMG, Kame pulling Jin through the wall -- breath replaced by stone and heartbeat by the pitter-patter of feet along the floor, and he wasn’t sure where he ended and Kame began, one mutual slide with Kame hissing calm, Jin, stay calm in his ear until they stumble out the other side. Just the intimacy of that that Jin and Kame don't know what to do with really sets things up between so elegantly for the reader.

Fabulous set-up between the groups, the world-building, the lines of who knows what and who they've told. The scars Nikishido has given Ueda, and Jin's (six-month?) coma. KAT-TUN being rogue, NEWS being loyal, and ARASHI being enforcers, but actually everything is more important than that-- really love the meta angle of that arrangement.

Ha, trying to work in things about less obvious uses of their powers (I didn't manage to work in all of the things I wanted in this installment, good thing I have another part to add lD;;) was some of the most fun I had putting this together, so I'm glad they're being picked up on!

Thank you! The pages I have of idea webs no longer seem so silly! This got a lot more meta than I meant it, and there'll be more meta in the next part (my thoughts on Kanjani and NEWS in particular) and I'm a bit worried it'll be off-putting, but I'm glad it was enjoyable!
