I think so. But... but... am I even allowed to have a dog here? I mean, I'm not old enough to go make an appointment for shots and stuff all by myself...

There's nothing like experience to learn how to do something. If you want to take care of him, you'll more than likely be able to, don't you think?

Oh! Neither have I, actually. Although, I think that if the animal likes you, that must mean you're doing something right. If you're concerned, though, I'm sure there are people here who can offer advice or there'll be books in the bookshop or library.
