It turned out wonderfully delicious. I followed your recipe almost exactly, except for having my hand whacked when I was going to use sandwich bread. I used the innards of a loaf of crusty french bread and oh quite yummy. It turned out sort of in the middle of soupy and firm and the sauce was spread on top of steamed carrots. My better looking half told me to make this again when we have dinner at her mothers. :)
