Two new news items came out today that I thought folks might be interested in.

I think the pilot for ABC is fantastic news. I hope it gets picked up. But it may be a little too offbeat for mainstream America to like. I guess it depends on how it is presented and how they do it. If it is picked up, I'm watching it. I'm proud of her. She has a post-House career. I'm thinking certain others won't.

This! Has LE done any major side projects since joining the House cast? I can't recall anything she's done. She doesn't seem to be in high demand.

Also, Jennifer's Lifetime movie is airing on March 20th, I believe.

I don't think LE has done anything during past hiatuses. She's definitely not got anything lined up for this summer, per the interview she & GY did just before Bombshells aired.

She doesn't seem to network & develop her career the same way Jen does, so you never see her at A-list events or associated with A-list projects (Jen is even developing a solid resume as a producer). Admittedly some of that is probably because she's at a different life stage than Jen, but even so, older actresses like Candace Bergen are still working and A-listers like Juliana Margulies & Kyra Sedgwick are the same age as LE & look where they are.

Even if it doesn't get picked up (& you never know, no one though Lost would be the hit it was & for all we know this could turn out to be this generation's Beauty & the Beast), its a great career move for her - someone thinks she's capable of carrying a show. So fingers crossed!

I'm happy for and dreading the theme at the same time, cause I remember ABC canceled Eastwick in the 1st season, and did it make a full one? >.<

I hope that people with the little boxes tune in and keep it steady. But more than that I HOPE ABC won't be stupid to put it Monday (against Glee or House) or Tuesday (against NCIS and AI) or even Wednesday (against AI)! Gheez!

Maybe pair it on Sunday with Housewives? Or Monday with Castle?(I though Glee's on Tuesday?)

Of course.. NCIS vs Glee on Tuesday lol! What has Fox on Monday? I just want them JMo's new show a real chance without the stress and tension of the competition.

The slot after House is open on Fox - Chicago Code looks like it will be canceled. Tuesdays are bad because of NCIS & Glee but AI doesn't run in the fall on Wednesdays so that's an option too.

Me too - its so rare to see fantasy shows on network TV & I'm a sucker for them, so I hope this gets picked up ;D
