I'm down in Ealing for another training weekend and I'm killing time before meeting up with friends for dinner and a beer, or more likely a beer, a beer with dinner and then another beer

hmmm. getting down can be a good thing from time to time. that state of mind kinda puts you in the position where thoughts and soul searching then reveal to you - that what is missing in your life (that drives you on and gets you up). or something.
And so it was on Friday. I was lonely. I woke up in a single bed in a dreary room in a B+B and had noone to call or meet up with. It showed that I really am missing having friendly faces to call on.
And the ridiculous thing was that it was because there were two friends who'd cried off the evening, and yet there were still three wonderful people I got to spend the evening with.
Oh, and this months training was on personality disorders including depression and bi-polar. Don't for a minute think this wasn't the Universe helping me get a grasp of the subject :)
