Haha, wow. That article is so true, I was there yesterday and you should hear how they answer the phone.

I'm not even sure I've heard them answer the phone before, lol. Especially the store at Dimond Mall. Surprise, surprise, having only two employees working the registers/floor in a mall that attracts so many stupid people doesn't work out very well!

They open with a whole freaking paragraph of offers and deals and shit like that before even getting to "thanks for calling" and then letting you talk. It was ridiculous.
