Hello, LJ land. I know I've been neglecting you a lot lately. In part, it's because livejournal is, well, getting left behind, technologically speaking. When was the last time it got an upgrade? The posting and management interfaces still suck, and reading it on my phone really sucks.

And of course, he's adorable. We're considering getting a buddy for Pi, but your story makes me think that one will show up when the time is right.

Yeah, it's weird how that happens. Job & Zug both just showed up. Most of the cats Hilary had as a kid just showed up, and now this lucky guy.

The kitten likes Nijinsky (the kitten likes everything :-)
Nijinsky is not quite so sure yet, but he's being tolerant and inquisitive, so that's a really good sign (he's been much more aggressively standoffish with other adult cats)
