That's actually a good idea. Do you think that maybe that could be why you would feel a lot of blockages in your chakra's before?

It's not the only reason, but definitely a significant one. Energy work can be interesting in it's affects, to say the least. Once I started to feel my higher self reacting to the higher selves of others who were creating blockages because of their conscious reality perceptions I would consciously direct my own energies to deal with it, and it often makes things a lot worse.By getting out of the way and letting reiki do what it must without conscious debris from my higher self, things flow much better. The interactions of higher self meeting with other higher selves ( think of it as a kind of astral coffee klatch) is very potent. Many people are never aware that it is happening, but are only aware that there are people they must be with, ,people they must avoid and so forth. What the etheric and physical bodies do as a result of that interaction can be amazing to say the least.If it is something you naturally sense, adding training in energy work controls it , but at the same time amplifies it. It happens so fast and so "naturally"
