There's a post following this one in which I say thank you to some people for being utterly wonderful while I have been such an atrocious LJ friend. In the meantime...

Commissioned by giandujakiss, through Sweet Charity. I do hope you'll like it, and thank you for the wonderful prompt! Huge love and thanks to rivers_bend for tidying it up for me. <333

Oh, this is spectacular. I love Sam's feeling about Dean, and how he just simmers until he finally boils over. And how Dean kept saying he didn't have anything more to sell - oh, Dean!! And the scene from Mystery Spot just about killed me.

This was exactly what I needed - thank you so much!

"You're all I have," Sam says. "And you're selling it to other people. Everything left is mine. You hear me? It belongs to me."

YES. YES. THAT RIGHT THERE.

Wow. So well done. Both boys are brilliantly drawn here - Sammy just.. comes into his own here, doesn't he?? He makes me shiver, and Dean makes me ache. And there's Mystery Spot too! Thank you for this.

You know, it's times like this, when my chest is still aching and sore from holding my breath (and even when I breathe again, it's still aching somewhere deep) that I wonder how you see life around you.

I wonder about the difference in our neurons and how your analyzing of optical input is so alien and strange from what I see. I wonder about what you ~think~ about what you see and how you react to it in life.

Your writing reflects your perceptions, and both are absolutely amazing. Thank you for this lovely piece.

This hurt. But it was also beautiful. Very well done, my friend.
