[After meeting up with Jackie in the endless food room, Vampacon decided to find them something else to do. After all, Jackie couldn't eat and he himself wasn't too interested in sweets

[He allows her to pull him along, amused and somewhat... pleased by her willingness to touch him like that. He'd half expected her to hightail it out of here after what he said.]
I am right behind you~
[He keeps an eye out for any shelter, although so far, nothing.]
You know it bby ;DflyinglabcoatJune 27 2009, 03:01:42 UTC
Hmmm~
[A beach house, that brings all sorts of possibilities to mind. But for now, he's going to go ahead and investigate to make sure there isn't anything dangerous already living inside there.]
You wait here, I want to check it out.
[He pulls away from her grip and goes dashing ahead into the house.]
[He stays low at first, searching through the house. Luckily, it seems to be deserted... just some surprisingly sturdy looking furniture in the living room, a small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Everything in relatively clean, as if whoever had lived here hadn't left that long ago.]
[Once he's sure there's no danger, Vamp leaves the house and waves Jackie over.]
...Except it's raining :( This makes her sad.]
...It was raining the day I was born. I'm use to it.

[Despite his confusion about the situation, he found himself enjoying her company as well.]
I have yet to kill someone here, or watch someone come back to life.
[Not for lack of desire, but he hasn't really had the chance.]
Interesting...
[Ah, an idea!]
Tell me, Jackie, is there anybody you'd like... out of your way?
Reply
[She blinked, giving him a confused look.]
...What do you mean?
[There actually was, sorta, but there was no way she'd get him, so she kinda gave up.]
Reply
[Won't make them either; promises about life and death were dangerous, and often broken.]
I mean...
[He smirks, scooting a bit closer.]
There must be someone here bothering or threatening you. Let me take care of them.
Reply
N-No, no... I don't want anyone dead!
[She frowned, looking at him with sad eyes.]
...Why would you even think that?
Reply
Very well, I'll keep my knife to myself.
[He shrugs slightly.]
To me it does not seem such a strange thing to ask.

[She looks down. That rain that was supposively dying down just got a little worse D:]
...Is there anywhere we can go to get dry here?
Reply
[He doesn't seem to notice the worsening rain, just as he didn't notice it dying down.]
Maybe a little further in the leaves are thick enough to block most of the rain.
Reply
[She didn't say anything to that. There was no point in arguing with him.]
...Are you sure there isn't any better shelter around here?
[She looked around.]
Reply
I am certain of nothing here. Perhaps you would like to investigate?
[He decides now would be a good time to stand up and does so, trying to wipe some of the wet sand off his lab coat.]
Reply
[She stood up as well, getting the wet sand off herself.]
Come on, then.
[She grabbed onto his hand arm and starting pulling him along, but not hard.]
