[He changes course and runs back to the island, squatting to let her down once they arrive on solid ground. He then stretches and pointlessly tries to dry off his glasses on his wet shirt.]
[He tries his best to leer, even from his reclined position.]
Then what is a good idea? Asking nicely for them to see me not as a pathetic pushover, but as the true creature of death that I am? I do not think so.
[Killing is all he's really good for now a days anyway. Blood and death are like the fuel to his car, the butter to his bread, the boiling hot water to his ramen; he can't just give it up.]
...Except it's raining :( This makes her sad.]
...It was raining the day I was born. I'm use to it.

...Y-Yes, I would like that.

It is always refreshing to go for a run.

[She shook her head.]
Yeah... I suppose it is.
[She sighs, and sits down in a drier area of the sand, near one those fruit trees.]

[What a strange woman- blushing one minute, gloomy the next. He wants to find out more.]

Are you just going to stare at me all day or are you going to sit with me?
Reply
[Well, not really. Staring he can do anytime, so he goes and takes a seat next to her.]

Why is it difficult? Am I that interesting to stare at?

Reply
[Because honestly... he doesn't know. He just feels attracted to her, like he wants to discover all of her secrets.]
I have heard this, but have yet to observe it first hand. But please, humor me. What would be a better option?

[She smiled faintly. She actually did enjoy the company, though.]
What? Killing someone? Or waiting to see someone die and come back after three days? Because I've seen it.
[She frowned.]
I've seen a little girl have her heart ripped out of her body, and suddenly come back fine after those 3 days.
