Social life? 什么来的？

To explain my disappearance for the past few months: 
With my parents around, a social life is not allowed to exist.

At first it was due to 哥哥 leaving town (＂哈！？你让了哥哥逃走啊！？＂ and my handphone and laptop were no longer in my possession) but now that he's back, there's only been a slight improvement. Good thing a college professor or two rang them up
