I can tell, that's exactly what my friend was like. Thankfully she listened to me and didn't look at anything they were doing, 'cause I was seeing everything and inside I was going "Holy SHIT that level is huge." X________x; I never want to do it!
Hahahahaha, I look like one of those little kids that just fell face first on the pavement or something. xD;
I've never been too intimidated by doctor's visits. Don't go all that often because my father is a doctor himself. I've had blood tests done a few times, and less often some urine tests. Regarding blood tests... I've found it's less painful to be stuck in the arm with a needle than to poke your finger with a lancet to bleed out a few drops of blood. I remember I once did a lab in immunology class where we poked our fingers with lancets so we could type our blood - that hurt.
I have normal doctor appointments all the time and I'm fine with them, actually. XD The blood taking is fine, too, I just found it amusing that my friend would be so freaked out by them. Ugh, I always wondered why paper cuts and pin pricks hurt so much and for so long. It's probably 'cause we have more nerves at our fingertips. :/
LOL I don't think my friend knew that. XD I was too busy staring at the giant thing to even ask. I think they used the bigger one on her 'cause she uses tampons. I DON'T use tampons so I definitely need a small one. ._.;
LOL I wasn't aware of it either, it's all good. XD She mentioned it and I was all "Really? O_O;;;;" I got the HPV vaccine though, so that kills ANY motivation I have in going. .___.;
yeah, i had no idea they want you to go and start getting pap smears so early. o_O; craziness.
then again, it's *probably* all right for me, considering i have no chances of getting an hpv infection, lol. i just have to hope that my body doesn't spontaneously decide to do something stupid. -_-;
