At this time, as discussed previously the Mods are still debating what form he will take as an animagus. Also, the moderators will be putting a rule into an effect that all non-combative pets that are not a rat, toad, owl, and cat will not be allowed in Hogwarts. Unfortunately this means that Marco will be unable to bring a seagull into Hogwarts as a pet.
