Double-fisting book recs

When people ask for book recommendations but don't give me anything to go off of, I tend to either recommend "Beggars in Spain" or narrow the topic down myself. Here's the latest:

I have a limited, autographed & illustrated edition of it! If you want to breathe on it sometime, you should come visit me because it isn't leaving Ze Haus unless there's a fire XD

My book budget this year has been directed towards fancy things instead of quantity, and I plan on spending this summer trying not to drool over everything I haven't had time to open or read yet.
