37 large Plastic garbage bags full of clothes have been donated to Goodwill. The Goodwill folks were somewhat overwhelmed, but ok with it. They also take used computers! That's a change from previous policy - I tried to donate those a while ago and they wouldn't take computers. So, if dw can get the hard drives out, away they go! Hooray!

Hooray! I'm thrilled you were able to get them into the car! Did you manage it all in one trip?

Next weekend - closet shelves, and getting the extra furniture out of the room, so you finally have some space!

Then we can talk about repainting! :)

3 trips. It would have been 2, except I left before Patricia had pulled all the bags from the red room before the second trip. I sorted the belts, and drawers that we hadn't gotten to yesterday. And put all the shoes into the shoe closet. They aren't _neat_ exactly, but they are all in there, and the ones I'll probably never wear again are at Goodwill. I hadn't worn any of them much anyway. So now I have 3 empty shoe racks...hmm.

Neaten up the shoe closet and put any spares on the three empty racks, which can go into the bottom of the closet, as we discussed.

But that's great! We just have a couple of drawers in the smaller dresser to sift though, and then we can clear out the floor of the one closet, and put shelves in the other. Progress is being made!

I did go through the drawers in the little dresser. I'd gone through it a few months ago and sorted out a few critically overfilled drawers, so I didn't really revisit those in great detail, but I went through the others. Mostly silk sweaters and other tops. Most are already at Goodwill. I'll have a go at the closet floor before you get here, I hope. Depends on how much time I need to/get to spend at the zoo and at school.

I should be doing this while I am at my parents, but in reality I am gathering more junk... well, at least we cleaned the living room a bit yesterday...

I will look for the requested CD, but don't count on my finding it. Could you e-mail me the jpeg file so I can have a better idea of what to look for?
