Love outsider POVs. You explained the atmosphere at the hospital very well. How anyone sleeps there is a miracle.

I always wondered how long Dean actually stayed in the hospital that time. He was in a some really rough shape. Poor guy.

Oh, absolutely - the noise, the awful beds, the strangers traipsing in and out - they expect people to rest and get well that way?

I re-watched the end of the episode, and it's really unclear how long Dean was there. Which is nice, because it allowed me to tinker with things a bit!
