No, in fact, I have never watched GagCon (I don't even know what that is?), I just went through youtube videos of the Bellagio Hotel's fountain and picked one of the songs I found appropriately dramatic for a drunk proposal scene xD For some reason I liked it better than My Heart Will Go One, but it's been so long since I wrote this that I can't remember why exactly. I think it was just too Titanic-y whereas the image of them drunkenly trying to get Italian lyrics right appealed to me xD

GagCon is the shortened form of "Gag Concert", a variety program of KBS since 1990's-something featuring comedy skits (termed as "gag corners").
I made that comment because last year, one skit, titled "Hidden Masters" (original title "깐죽거리 잔혹사 Cruel History of Gganjuk Street", word-play on the 2004 film "말죽거리 잔혹사 (Cruel History of Maljuk Street) Once Upon a Time in High School: The Spirit of Jeet Kune Do" starring Kwon Sang-woo), used Sarah Brightman & Andrea Bocelli's version in one gagman character's entrance.
