I'm right there with you about the wtf rape question...it didn't really fit the rest of the questions style either. Weird.

Whats even sillier with Bella is that even with those two boys (and every other boy at school actually...) after her, half the time she only wants to become a vampire so she can be pretty and never age...it makes me wonder if she even really loves Edward or just in love with the idea of living forever in sparkly hotness. And then I stop caring because she annoys me.

Yeah, it sort of came out of nowhere. I'm wondering if maybe somewhere along the way some one added it to the meme for some inexplicable reason and it just got passed along. IDK.

SMeyer keeps talking about Bella's "perfect love", but I swear to God, that girl spends all her time whining about how she's older than Edward and she wants to be strong and pretty like he is so he won't leave her. WTF. I love the positive message this series is sending to teenage girls, I really do.

We should get "Team Mike" t-shirts and go to the movie or something. Or not, because I don't think I can watch it without stabbing myself in the eye with something.

Ha, lets get Team Mike shirts and just randomly appear and stand around outside before the movie is screened so everyone sees us but we don't actually ever go in to watch it. Or instead of all those "Vamps do it better" shirts or whatever they had at the Borders thing "Pimply human boys do it better", seeing as she had about three of them after her at some point (Mike, the dude that hit her with the car, Eric?? idk)

I haven't followed TRC since Fai became a vampire (just never had the motivation, not on purpose) but -- are you telling me that CCS!Syaoran and Sakura had a kid, and they named him Syaoran, and he looked identical to Dad, and he hangs out with a girl identical to Mom who is also named Sakura? Or god forbid his actual parallel universe Mom? My head is now broken.

Oh how I wish I was making that up, but the scariest thing is that I'm not.

From the Tsubasa Wiki page:

"Syaoran - The son of Sakura Kinomoto and Syaoran Li from Cardcaptor Sakura. At the age of 14 he is imprisoned by Fei Wong Reed and is seen throughout the first half of the series asleep in a tube. After awakening he joins the group with the wish of protecting Sakura."

I haven't actually gotten to the part of the manga where that's revealed yet because I gave up reading around the time Sakura got stabbed by Fai? IDK. I loved Tsubasa so much at the beginning, but now it seems like CLAMP have just completely jumped the shark. The plot is so convoluted and confusing and I have no idea what's going on anymore. It's harder to follow than Lost. The narrative of xxxHolic is actually a great deal neater and more satisfying, if you've never read it. I'd definitely recommend it over Tsubasa at this point.
