Spring in Paris brought quite a bit of rain, but the weather wasn't nearly enough to bring down the people of the city. All of Europe was in the middle of a beautiful era of peace and prosperity, and as much as Parisians disliked Prime Minister Dupuy, they were quick to agree that Paris was one of the finest cities in the world. Not only was it was home to the world's tallest building, but the rise of the bohemian culture led to great strides in music, dancing, and recently, more exciting forms of entertainment.
