Week 27: Game Text - Submit
It's our first Autumn challenge!!! XD
In honor of Banned Books Week (9/23-30), we're going to do a text-based challenge!
Because "Censorship" as a theme is uninspiring, and would probably involve Yuna's booty shorts & the mosaic filter.
But behold! My contribution to free expression:

I'd also like to apologize to the members of rpg_icontest, since I know there was an "rpg quotes" theme last week. But I've been wanting to do this since mid-summer, and seasons & holidays aren't exactly flexible--so here it is. I hope this isn't too boring/repetitive!
For this challenge, take your favorite line/quote from a Final Fantasy game (no Advent Children this time, sorry), & showcase it on an icon. It can be emotional, it can be something that made you laugh . . . anything you want. Conversations are okay, too, if you're feeling ambitious. ^^
You can make a text-only icon, a text-mostly icon (where the text is much more prominent than the image), or a more balanced icon. But make sure the text is legible & at least shares the spotlight with the image. Don't cram in a tiny line of text that I have to squint to read.

You're also welcome to take a line directly from the game, if you have the disc/scene handy. Or do more searching. ^^
I can't vouch for the accuracy of any of these sources, so if your line is slightly off, that's okay. Don't switch up the words or paraphrase on purpose, though. No ad-libbing, even if you think your version is better.
Oh, and if you find a quote with a misspelling, please use the correct spelling on your icon!
NOTE: When you submit, in addition to the url, etc., please include the quote you used & the character it is attributed to. (If it's not spoken text, but it's part of a poem/prologue, like "One to be born from a dragon..." from FF4, just put N/A for the character.) I'll include that information in the voting post. Thank you!

--Each member may submit up to 2 icons. But if you decide to make 2, please don't use the same style for both. Experiment a little!
--Icons must conform to livejournal standards: 100x100px & 40KB or less, in .gif, .jpg, or .png format.
--Icons must be made new for the challenge.
--Don't use or showcase your entry icon(s) until the winners have been announced.
--Fanart and doujinshi can be used, but if the artist does not want his/her work modified, please don't use it.
Icons are due by Thursday, September 28th at 8pm EST.
Submissions should be left in a comment to this post. (All comments will be screened.)
