Great! I'm really looking forward to more of your wonderful posts. :) I owe you a proper comment as well as a macro, so I'm glad you posted this when I happened to be on LJ. I hope this will be a very creative laptop.

Um...that's not a proper comment. But I did love the last installment, and it takes me hours to figure out which code on a macro to post, so you can call it dedication. If you like. Better stop right here...

It is a perfectly lovely comment. ♥ I felt the last instalment was suxx0r, so it is heartening to hear good things from you about it.

The laptop will be conducive to creativity, I hope. It's got an Empire Strikes Back wallpaper, if nothing else. :P

Hooray for new laptops! I too, am posting from my new laptop, which was delivered to me on Friday.

I love getting new computers. It feels a bit like getting a new brain. :)

I desperately need a new brain. I wish I could just plug myself into the laptop and have it do my thinking for me. It would make life much easier. :)

This is the first time I have ever had a new new new computer - my old one was second hand and the others were all shared. I love that this one is mine and I can put stickers on it if I like. :P

YAYS! New laptops FTW! I spent about a week looking for appropriate (or inappropriate pfft) wallpapers in January. New computers feel like new exercise books at school - a new start! Hooray! I'm ALSO looking for stickers! x

This is a tragic, but true, story.

Something like eight years ago I picked up a free sticker in a music store in California, reading "Obi Wan Kenobi is Waiting For Me". I waited many years for an opportunity to stick it on something, but nothing ever seemed right.

Then the laptop arrived, and I knew.

:D

I'm totally with you. I've saved stickers for years, then stuck them on my record player - alas none saved for my pretty new laptop!

That is the most awesome sticker ever. Ever.

My friend saw this great sticker on a mirror in a bar last week, downstairs near the toilets where no one could see. I stood waiting for a good ten minutes before she gave it up as a bad job. She had no fingernails left. A tragic tale of loss.

Know that I am currently observing a minute of silence in memory of the sticker and your friend's fingernails. Mainly the sticker. I must be the biggest geek ever because I now need to know what the sticker was like. :P
