I have a research paper due next week that is already 120 pages long. BTW, your comment on the sekrit post was amazing and awesome and made me smile. I love it when people can make the funny even at the hard/weird times. Besides I agreed with pretty much all of your "positive spins" - they're the truth.

I'm weird and I'm totally fine and do all of my shit and whatnot and then randomly I burst into tears for 5 minutes and then I'm cool again. Because this is what I want/need but it's fucking weird as hell.

Me too! It is my favorite defense mechanism. I think being able to laugh about a crappy situation is truly a gift at some moments.

I'm glad that you're feeling okay about it. I think it's perfectly natural to have those moments of bursting into tears. This is someone who has been with you for a while, and most definitely affected your being. And hey, it's probably really good for you to let those feelings out instead of bottling them inside. I think that part of the OK-ness in the face of this is really a simple matter of being more of an adult than I was before. On the other hand, I also know that this is right (even though I have moments of feeling shell-shocked). It is weird though to be like, having a fine time and then suddenly be alone in my room bawling and then it's all, "Spike is sexay blah blah blah blah."

Anyway, do your homework.

Inara is one half of my Firefly OTP: Captain Tightpants/Spacehooker, which is all kinds of angsty!snarky!hot, except when people fluffify it to death and kill it.

I think that one thing that has kept me from making a website might be my propensity to hate on fic that I've written in the past (like before two months prior, lol). But as I have more and more of it, I realize that LJ is just plain crap for archiving.
