"Best Buffy Characterization."

For what it's worth, I've been saying "chuffed" regularly since I worked with a Welshwoman in the mid-nineties.

I find that I "speak" differently on LJ than in real life. For one thing, I "talk" to lots more Brits and Aussie and New Zealanders online than in real life so it doesn't seem weird.

Rugby didn't help either since Aussies, Kiwis, and a Brit comprised a large part of the side.
