Dean does know that Faith still thinks about women abstractly-like aesthetically-just like he does, because although she keeps his sex drive well-fed and happy, he still has eyes, you know. In fact, it’s a game they play together at diners to pass the time-rating the waitresses who serve them while Sam stares at his laptop pretending he doesn’t have a dick.

[Although the more I think about it, it's really pretty different from Glimpses. In that story--when they drag Sam to a strip club, Dean sees Faith making out with a stripper. He gets really turned on, and also jealous and it's what spurs him to be like, "I don't want you to fuck anyone else." Which is, I think, actually more IC for him. But in this it seems like they're more of an established couple already, so.]
