Mmm... I love grilled cheese. I actually recently saw a recipe in a magazine for grilled cheese. You use white cheddar, thinly sliced grannysmith apples, and pumpernickle bread. Yum!

P.S. I remember seeing that grilled cheese on eBay a couple of years ago :)

That sounds good! I think I've seen that recipe. My wife got his father a grilled cheese cookbook for Christmas this past year - it has all sorts of fun grilled cheese sandwiches in it... haven't gotten to try one yet though.

Mmmm... now I'm hungry again.
