I just suffered a wardrobe malfunction in the office! I plugged a music DVD into my computer and then just as I was bending down under the desk to plug the headphones into the back of the computer I heard a ripping sound and suddenly my arse felt quite breezy. I did that once, but it was because I'd got really fat. Fortunately, I also had a spare pair of trousers in my bag... :)

Tania if you look anything like your photos, there is no way I am ever going to agree that you are fat! Mind you, I am wise enough never to do that anyway! :o

A small note that muscle weighs more than fat hence I have given up caring about my weight compared to my height, it just isn't an accurate indicator. I focus instead on heatbeat and timings, for example, a 25 minute run on the machine, with a gradient of 6-7, speed of 11kph and a sustained heart rate of about 180 is what makes me happy! It is a much more accurate measure than scales in my opinion.

And.... when I was doing that level of exercise, my tailor did comment that he was going to have to increase my suit size! Now that would have been a really bad wardrobe malfunction!
