I'm on the lookout for size 20 trouser cut jeans for under $40. I'm pretty picky, so I don't have high hopes, but I can't seem to find *anything* online so far :( These are *very very* similar to the ones I have, and am looking for:
I love these jeans from the Gap: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=26639&vid=1&pid=488581 And they're basically only still available in a 20 and very cheap. And I want them off the website already because I keep seeing them and hoping they've come back in stock in a 14 or 16 somehow! There is a little bit of stretch, though, unfortunately.
*gasp* I had looked at those a few months ago when they were $59 and nearly drooled. I don't care if they are too long, that I can hem. thank you for the heads up!
I'll have to stop in at our TJMaxx and see if they have them. Typically the TJMaxx and Ross here only have either really "teen" style jeans (lots of "distressing" or covered in gold paint and fussy pocket details), or "mom jeans" with the elastic waist etc. in the plus sizes.
Route 66. I bought mine in a size 20w which is a size larger than my normal. They also seem to have a permanent crease down the legs, which I love but some may not. It's very faint, and looks like you starched and ironed your jeans before you put them on. Good luck on your hunt. I wish I had bought 50 pairs, because they are my go to pants right now! The only problem I found was that they didn't have them in short length, but I had them hemmed to perfection for just a few bucks more. I am pretty crazy about my jeans, and usually only wear ones from big brands (but I shop at Ross and Marshall, where the jeans are priced a lot better!) but I actually really love Kmart jeans. Just as long as there isn't a lot of stretch in them, because cheap jeans tend to stretch. :)
