I really wish this had happened. I think I'm going to mentally insert it in there at the end of the episode anyway.

I also really, really love the scene with the suitcase. I'd like to think that she actually did that on the show, because it seems like such a Rachel thing to do.

I really adore Shelby for calling Jesse. I think she honestly would know that he would tell Rachel what she needs/deserves to hear. Shelby wouldn't want to say the same things because Rachel would doubt her. Jesse is Jesse, so it's different.

The 'just in case' New York bag is fantastic and part of me thinks that in the continuation of this story, she uses it. :P

Jesse is better at coming back. Rachel is best at holding onto things - this is so perfect, captures the characters entirely in two sentences, brilliant!!
