Fraser was, again, very grateful for the lack of purple rain and the lack of being a girl. He noticed the start of things being built as soon as he made his way out to the job site this morning

It wasn't exactly the prospect of ogling that led Ender here-- but he'd heard about the project on the radio, and feigned apathy hadn't managed to be enough of an incentive for his curiosity to stay down.

So he made his way there, observing quietly for a little while before he disappeared back into the streets some time later.

And look, a visitor. Who not only brought a little bag, but another visitor.

A canine visitor, specifically. "Popcorn, get back!"

In particular, a small, fluffy canine visitor who, perhaps, had gotten off their leash to run over to Fraser and wind around his legs.

"Hey, Popcorn!" Fraser said, dropping the tools he was using to scoop up the puppy. "How are you?"

Popcorn yipped and licked at his face, squirming and wriggling and just generally being utterly delighted at who he'd found.

Robin, meanwhile, paused and let the puppy say hello first. She was nice this way.
