The Perk - Saturday Late Morning

After the events of the past week Wilson had handwavey taken his tea last night and gone to bed.

This morning, in an effort to recapture some sense of normalacy he was down at the Perk enjoying a gingerbread latte as he worked on a write up of the past week's events for his own personal journals.

After a while, Wilson was joined by an angel bearing a cup of tea (non-medicinal) and a slice of apple-spice bread. Sitting down next to the young doctor, Aziraphale brushed a kiss to his cheek and set the plate where the treat could be shared easily.

"Holidays are approaching soon," he observed quietly, after a sip of tea.

"Yes they are," Wilson agreed thoughtfully as he put the final touch on a section of his entry and sat back giving the angel a gentle smile.

"I know we were talking about getting out of town for a bit for the holiday but what do you say to sticking around, at least for Thanksgiving?"

"I think that sounds fine, James, if that's what you'd like to do," Aziraphale agreed, smiling back. "Hopefully we'll have a bit of quiet around here for a while.
