Trick or Treating, around town all day
Since this seemed to be a traditional thing here, fine. A path had been set up along the streets of Fandom in order to lead trick-or-treaters through the town, where they could then wander around dressed in funny costumes and beg for candy in exchange for tricks?
Yeah, Braca didn't get it, but he had the thing set up anyway.
