I do too, except I can't deal with the sidebar on the right. So I will probably be changing it again shortly. I may get really ambitious and do my own this time. Maybe.
I am entirely left-handed. My right hand really only gets action when I'm playing piano or violin. And sidebars on the right just throw me for a loop somehow. :D
Ahhhhhhhhhh, left handed mousing makes my brain short-circuit. I tried it for a while before I got my tablet when my right wrist started telling me to fuck off. I get all jerky and stuff when I mouse left-handed for extended periods of time; it's weird.
You know they make left-handed can-openers? I think it would be refreshing. Lefties are the silent sufferers of the world, I'm telling you. OPRESHUN.
I was actually just curious, because I tried this layout with the sidebar on the right and I cannot get used to it. I wondered if it was because I am a lefty. Also, I have trouble finding layouts with the sidebar on the left. It seems like layout designers prefer sidebar on the right too.
So I was expecting more people to prefer sidebars on the right. CLEARLY THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THOUGH. My hypothesis failed. :(

Thanks, I was just curious if hand dominance had anything to do with screen preference. Apparently not much though!

Although sometimes I do wonder how weird it would be to use a can-opener with my left hand. IT'D BE LIKE LEFT-HANDED MOUSING.
