I hate setting sleeves with a passion usually reserved for child molesters and people who talk in the theater.

These sleeves are actually pretty easy to set; there's hardly any ease in them. In this case, the shape of the sleeve cap did not match the shape of the armhole. Shifting the highest point forward fixed the problem nicely.

Nope, that's it! I'm cutting out the fabric currently. But there's still some extra room in there, so it should be just fine.
