today is day 14 of challenge. still feeling great although my back is sore today from yesterday's vinyasa flow with danny. it was super intense. i can feel every muscle in my back. today we will get a break, no yoga class, just meditation this evening with brad, which will be very nice. he is an incredible inspiration! http://www.youbelongin.com/ ( Read more... ) -

i have a REAL interview tomorrow morning at 9:00am at Beautiful Day Spa. i have to bring in a model to do a set of acrylic nails on. im nervous & excited! i asked my sister to be my model, she is one of the only people i kow who still wears acrylics sometimes. but i am sooo nervous because if she doesn't show up- im screwed! hopefully everything ( Read more... ) -

i love sunday dinners. tonight mom used grammy's deep fryer for the first time since shes had it. she fried catfish & hush puppies. & she made coleslaw & dad made his famous fried potatoes. we ate under the gazebo dad spent all week painting white. it was a nice ending to a very relaxed weekend. i spent most of the week recovering from last sunday ( Read more... ) -

surgery went well. been healing all week. i had a dr appt today & she said the stitches will like disappear or something after a while. i am healing well but then she gave me the bad news. no swimming (pool OR ocean) for 2 more weeks! for me this will be very hard to do. i already feel stir crazy from not being able to leave me bedroom last week. truly saweet though is that ashley is here! yeay! 5 freakin years man. ill never let that much time pass with out talking to someone i love again.
