I have sensitive skin so I have to use an oil-free moisturizer. Kiehl's has been my favorite for nearly a decade now.

This one!!!

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Moisturizer. Its a small white bottle with a light blue label. I swear by the stuff. My face is absolutely horrible and dry too but this stuff works wonders for me.
As far as mascara, I love Cover girl lash blast. Even brand new, just opened, I don't get clumps.
Hope this helped. =]

1. Eucerin for face or Lush's Celestial moisturizer. Both have changed my skin from dry and flaky to soft and no acne to speak of.

2. Mascara, I agree with skyharbourx, Covergirl Lash Blast is super fantastic for building volume. Or if you just want to darken your lashes, their Lash Exact (length?) waterproof in the red tube is great too, and doesn't flake.

I have long eyelashes and I use the Lash Exact as well. No flaking, but it seems to go on a little "slower" than other mascaras. More swipes needed.

And I love Merle Norman Luxiva night moisturizer. I use it during the day and makeup goes over it really nicely.

I'd try giving Mario Badescu a shot; take their questionnaire, and they'll offer you free samples in a couple of days. Their stuff has been a godsend for me and my mom, so I'd suggest trying them out.

And as for mascara, I like Loreal's Voluminous Natural mascara. It doesn't clump on me and it doesn't look too exaggerated. I'd also suggest combing your lashes through if clumping is a huge problem no matter what you use.

It's not specifically facial moisturizer, but Gold Bond CoQ10 is amaaaaazing and I use it on my face with almost zero break outs. It's got Vitamins A, C & E and antioxidants. It's my go-to moisturizer for everything.

And mascara...my swear by is Benefit Bad Gal. Awesome. I'm also digging Bourjois Coup de Theater 2-in-1.
