It's Been a Long Time
And I've been SO busy! Last weekend, I had a show for my business, and it really sucked. I'd worked for weeks trying to make sure I had enough merchandise, and didn't even make enough to cover my table fee. :( I had people at my table all day long, and heard ooohs and aaahs over practically everything! Wow! What a Whirlwind 3 Days!
OK, so here's the scoop:
Thursday, I got my very FIRST sale from my handmade shop at www.elainedavidgifts.etsy.com. It was just an inexpensive ornament, but SOMEONE LIKED IT ENOUGH TO PAY ME FOR IT!!!! Woohoo!!! I was so excited, I nearly fainted! This is the ornament:

I'm sick. Every time this girl at work's kids get sick, she brings the damned germs to work and I get sick. It's been coming on all week, and I stayed home from work Wednesday, 'cause doc thinks it's strep.
