So I was cooking last night, and I generated a fair amount of waste vegetable matter. Stems, skins, seeds, etc. Quite a hefty volume when all was said and done. We do not compost, so absent composting, what's the more environmentally sound way to dispose of my veggie waste ( Read more... )
