Meanwhile, I'm sorta dating this 28 yr old idiot.  I have to dump her.  She is hot, but I feel like she's attracted too strongly to becoming white trash and ick!

It's so ... I dunno the word.  Every single doctor I know is complaining about Obamacare and it hasnt' even gone into total effect yet.  Some are going to retire as a result of it, some like my friend yesterday simply is going to try to survive after filling my ear with an hour of nonstop winging.  It is tragic how badly the quality of health care ( Read more... )

life is relentless right now.  Hopefully, relentlessly going in a good direction.  Won't know for awhile yet tho :(

I am now safely ensconced in Austin, living and residing.  Still discovering all it has to offer aside from hipsters whom fashion passed by decades ago ;)

the maid at my Austin hotel got it into herr head that I spoke Spanish.  I managed fine until I couldn't remember one of the easiest things to remember in almost any language -- How to say my room number in Spanish

Newest Gallop poll gave me a bio of Romney and asked whether my opinion of him improved.  What am I supposed to say?  No, he should lose one of his kids, then I'd think better of him.  A bio is a bio, right?

Gallupsurvey on media usage was the latest I had to respond to and prolly the most interesting.  Discovered that of the top-rated TV shows, I only watch the mentalist.  It's not the best show, but I like Cho.  House and animated shows were not on the list.

EVs are just not competitive, according to the Lundberg Survey. Gasoline prices would have to rise to $8.53 a gallon to make the Leaf competitive and hit $12.50 for a Volt to be worth it, based on the cost of gasoline versus electricity, fuel efficiency and depreciation, the survey said.
